The Kings Arms Wellington in the heart of Somerset just 7 miles from Taunton is the towns hottest night spot with drink, music and fun for all.

The Kings is situated on the main cross roads in Wellington (see our location Page) in the High Street opposite North Street and on the corner of South Street it is in walking distance of most of Willington.
Open from 11am Monday to Saturday and 12 midday on Sunday the bars do not close until 12 midnight Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and then 12.30am Thursday which is Karaoke night. Friday and Saturday nights are party nights with the bars open to 1.30am please note due to licensing restrictions the doors close at 12.30am. Come early on Saturdays and start your night with great offers and promotions and a live disco with top DJ's you will want to end your night here as well the only night club in town!

There is no admission charge to enter the Kings and for your safety and to help make sure everyone enjoys a great night out Door Staff are employed. The whole of the public areas are covered by CCTV which is recording every camera, inside and out 24/7 365 days are year and on the 29th of Feb when it comes around.
Our bar prices are amongst the cheapest in the town. Last year a brand new beer garden was built to the rear of the pub which is open every day until 11pm for the enjoyment of both smokers and none smokers alike.

The newly installed Juke Box has over 10,000 tracks for you to choose from and the sound system is divided into four regions ensuring you will hear your songs no matter where you are in the pub. Sunday night is Pool competition one week and a quiz night the following week. Saturday night is early bird night with drink promotions and disco. Friday night is DJ night and Tuesday night is Poker Night, with computer controlled tournaments from 8 o clock and for those who do not know how to play you can learn Texas Hold'em from 7 o Clock.
The Kings Arms also has a skittle alley, two fruit machines and a quiz machine and large screen TV's again with zoned sound areas.
Children are allowed in up to 9pm most nights, but not at the bar or on the machines. We also welcome responsible dog owners with their dogs during the day but not at night.
